This Privacy Policy explains how Prizely handles information when businesses create branded games and players submit details to participate.
No use of your data for Prizely purposes
Prizely does not use data from players, clients, or users for its own marketing, profiling, resale, AI model training, or unrelated purposes. Data is processed only to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service at the direction of the account holder.
Data processed by the service
Campaigns may collect player details such as name, surname, email address, phone number, selected language, consent confirmations, game result, reward, redemption code, IP address, and play time.
Account holders provide account details, brand settings, logos, reward information, contact preferences, billing activity, and support messages.
How data is handled
Prizely processes data to run the game flow, prevent duplicate or abusive plays, show and email rewards when enabled, export player lists, process credit purchases, secure the service, and respond to support requests.
Prizely does not sell player, client, or user data and does not use it to build unrelated audiences or profiles.
Sharing and processors
Data may be handled by trusted infrastructure, email, storage, analytics, payment, and security providers only when needed to operate Prizely.
Account holders are responsible for the notices, consents, and lawful use of player data for their own campaigns.
Retention and requests
Player data remains available to the account holder until it is deleted, exported, or no longer needed for the campaign or service record.
